Overview

The customer, which is a leading global baked goods company with over $15B in sales is the category leader in baked goods, wanted to get above fair share as its Amazon FreshTM business grew after modest growth in the past couple of years.

The Problem

Selling 200+ ASINs in 40 Amazon Fresh regional markets the manufacture wanted to ensure that it was winning in search by increasing conversions from new and existing customers as they searched for its products. The manufacturer lacked the data, technology, and internal resources needed to develop a campaign strategy that drove incremental sales while still converting existing customers and improving efficiency.

The Solution

With the strength of the manufacturer’s brand, Nimble Ads saw that there was a huge opportunity to drive incremental sales through different targeting approaches. However, the initial campaign set up internally by the manufacturer didn’t allow for that level of granularity. With a full campaign restructure, AI-powered bidding, and automated budget management, Nimble Ads was able to achieve the manufacturer’s efficiency and growth targets, while saving them hours of account management time per week.
